Music Tells A Story. Sisters, Alma and Raquel, form the dynamic singer-songwriter duo known as The Fisher Girls. The Fisher Girls were born in Baltimore, MD. With the help of God, they are able to produce creative, catchy sounds from feelings of loss and heartache. Since their debut concert in April of 2019, They have shared the stage with notable artists such as Grammy award winner : Le'Andria Johnson , Jessica Reedy and Sunday best winner: Alexis Spight. The Fisher Girls have seen much success with their single "Full Attention" on all major music outlets. The Fisher Girls also performed and won the award of Urban Inspirational Artist at the Gospel Choice Music Awards. In 2022, they were nominated for several awards and won the Gospel Jazz Artist of the Year award of Gospel Choice Music awards. Their single: "Narrow Way" reached 1 on the BDS Luminate Gospel Internet chart, the top 200 range on the Gospel Airplay Billboard chart, and in 2022 was considered for a Grammy, in an R&B compilation WhoMag Vol. 8. edition followed by being featured in a movie: The Company You Keep. The Fisher Girls have also graced the cover of several magazines to include the 37th and 38th Annual Stellar Awards Souvenir Journal for their singles: “Narrow Way” and “Let You Go. “ Their latest release “Let You Go” was also considered for a Grammy an in R&B compilation. With their many successes in such a short a timeframe, the Fisher Girls are excited and looking forward to all that God has in store for them.
